At Nevada Pool Fence, we’re proud to offer free in-home estimates. Our expert team will visit your property, assess your backyard, and customize layout options to suit your space. During the initial estimate, we’ll take precise measurements to plan the perfect fence installation. Thanks to the versatility of our mesh fencing, we can install it on a variety of surfaces, including concrete decking, pavers, dirt, turf, and even wood decks. After taking measurements, we’ll walk you through our collection of samples and address any questions you may have about the installation process.
On installation day, our team will review the layout one final time to ensure your satisfaction. We begin by determining the starting point of the pool fence layout. For optimal results, we recommend starting at the gate entry point and measuring outward, maintaining a minimum distance of 36 inches from the pool edge. Measurements will continue until the entire layout is marked. Our team will also note any custom-cut sections and mark any 90-degree turns as needed.
If your pool fence needs to be installed in all or part of a dirt area, we’re fully equipped to handle it. Installing in dirt or gravel involves a few additional steps and specialized equipment. First, we’ll lay out a string line to ensure the fence stays straight. We’ll begin by using 24-inch aluminum sleeves hammered into the ground. Next, our team will shovel out dirt and pour quick-set concrete around the posts. Once the concrete has cured, we’ll level the anchoring sleeves and cover the concrete with gravel for a clean, finished look. The result is a solid foundation that ensures your family’s safety.
Most mesh pool fence installations in Nevada require concrete core drilling. This process involves a high-speed, water-cooled core drill with diamond-tipped bits, allowing us to create a precise one-inch diameter hole in concrete or pavers. These holes are then used to securely house your fence posts. Before drilling, it’s essential to ensure the correct angles and alignment for optimal results. With years of experience in core drilling, our team knows the best techniques to make your fence both safe and visually appealing.
After all the holes are drilled and cleared, we will insert the plastic deck sleeves. These sleeves provide added support for the fence posts and are non-conductive to meet electrical code requirements. The installation process involves placing the sleeves into the holes and tapping them gently with a mallet or sand hammer until they are flush with the ground. Once in place, the fence posts will be inserted into the sleeves, with custom pieces placed in their designated positions.
Once the fence and gate are positioned in the holes, we’ll begin attaching our locking eye latches. These durable stainless steel latches secure the fence together with tension every fifteen feet, ensuring a tight fit. The latches are essential in locking the fence into place. After the entire fence, including the gate, is tensioned, we’ll install the Magna Latch lock and key. Our team will then fine-tune the self-closing hinge to ensure it shuts quickly and efficiently.
After the installation is complete, the next step is to clean the deck. Since we use a wet-style drill, it’s essential to wash off any concrete residue to prevent it from drying into unsightly dust. Once the cleaning is finished, one of our team members will notify the homeowner that the installation is complete. We take pride in providing a thorough walkthrough and demonstration of the fence, covering key aspects like how to remove the fence, regular maintenance and storage, and addressing any questions. Our goal is 100% satisfaction, and we ensure every customer is fully happy before accepting any payment.
