Removable Mesh Fence Warranty Information

Here at Nevada Pool Fence, we offer a limited lifetime warranty on all of our pool safety fences. Since we are founded locally, we understand the extreme heat of the Nevada Sun. Our products are lab tested against UV exposure, but to protect your investment, the warranty covers sun damage under normal product use.

Warranty Coverage:

1. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship/manufacturing of the mesh pool fence.
2. Fence Mesh material, fasteners, and gate frames are all covered within normal use following installation by our team only. 
3. The warranty is tied to the original purchaser of the mesh pool fence and is non-transferable. Under warranty claim the original receipt must be provided. 
4. This warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized retailers or directly from our company. 

What Is Not Covered by the Warranty? 

1. Intentional damage or misuse of the intended product’s use case. (examples:  landscapers, animals, or theft). 
2. Fire, Tornado, Landslide, earthquake, or other natural disasters. 

While the above items are not covered under warranty, our team will offer solutions and cost-efficient ways to repair or replace the fence.
